YES. The hippocampus in the brain is not fullly finished forming while your a kid, and doesn’t stop until your about 20. Studies have shown via MRI’s that people who smoke say pot on a chronic basis, that have been followed closely, and chose not to quit, the docs noted a marked difference in size (smaller) than what it was originally when the study began. Kids are forming, adults are as good as they are going to get. You have all the opprotunities as a kid to be someone and do things with your life, instead of waste it on drugs and crap like that. Its not worth the chance man.
