teenagers need a good harty breakfast…no ceral…that’s actually usually bad. Try some eggs and ham…maybe an omlet something like that…it’ll give them plenty of energy for the day.

teenager’s should get a breakfast with carbohydrates in it. And blenty of fruit and veg! Try a wholemeal cereal with raisions or sultanas on it! Or any dried friut.
