Here, you can find out yourself. This will calculate how much you need and to lose the amount of weight you want at the amount of time you want. It will also make sure you’re weight goal is reasonable. In order to do this, you have to exercise too. try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes a day 4 to 5 times a week.

Oh, and DO NOT eat less than 1300 calories a day.

Are you active or not? If you are very active, stick with a 2000 calorie plan but eat very healthy. Do not go less than 1500 calories.

somewhere around 1500 calories should do it i guess
i’m 18, and i’m eating around 1200 calories a day
i’m 5′2″ and 94 pounds though
