Use soap every day and use it well. Buy a clean soap like VEGANU. You have to get it online though. I don’t like other soaps because they use animal FAT in them, which is the ancient way of making soap stay together. Use soap, get exercise, eat vegetables and stay away from fast food and you will be ok.
Okay, though I am a female, I know a thing or two about taking care of oneself.
-Face Wash. Your skin will break out at first, but eventually it will get used to it (2 times per day–once in the morning, once in the night). Also, when you have skin problems, it is a good idea to keep hair short because then your bangs won’t trap sweat on your forehead so then it won’t clog pores. For the dry skin, use moisturizer. For your hands, use lotion.
you are not drinking enough water when you dont drink enough water you get sagging and look tired drink more water
For the bags, of course you have to sleep also you can put spoons in the fridge/freezer before you go to bed then apply them to your eyes until the loose the ‘cool’ feeling when you wake up.
For the pimples, I don’t think being a male you want to go through a whole lot so I suggest washing your face morning and night with a ****** cleanser such as OXY, Clearasil or Clean & Clear. You said you have dry skin, is that on your face too? If so then you can get Spectro Jel Acne cleanser, it is an effective acne cleanser that moisturizes your skin ( note: if your pimples are bad then I don’t suggest this, I suggest one of the others I listed above) . Try to keep your hands of your face as that spreads bacteria. Also remember to change your pillow case at least once a week because bacteria grows on that.
For the dry skin, there are body washes for guys that moisturize your skin such as Nivea for men. Wash with that once/twice a day, depending on how often you bathe/shower. Remeber not to use really hot water because that can dry your skin out too. When you get out of the shower just pat yourself dry and apply a regular unscented body lotion, you can get it at basically any store. ( note: Look for unscented because most lotions are girly scents and I doubt you want to go around smelling girly) . Apply the lotion all over your body, avoiding your open areas like (ears, nose, * you know where else* ) because those places are sensitive.
For the lines on your skin, the lotion should help with that… it’s most likely from dry skin, if not then alot of people have lines on their hands and as long as your hands are moisturized then people won’t notice.
To look overall healthy, make sure you eat a well balanced diet and drink 8 glasses of water per day (note: water naturally moisturizes your body) .
