So what are some things for teenagers to do in the winter on a teenager budget?

make a snow fort, sleep in it, pretend to be lost in the forest.
play music very loud until your parents take you to the mall

have a bum fire and invite all your friends, drink hot chocolate make smores just hang out. Thats what I did when I was your age, I didnt have too much snow but try to do it when its not snowing you know snow but not snowing on you.

Have some fun in the snow , walk to the movies or the mall if they are close enough , I am sure you could spend the day at the mall easily . Maybe have a slumber party , I bet your boyfriend would be there then ( haha ) ( just kidding I’m sure your parents wouldn’t take to that )
